Call San Bernardino APS Call Center (877) 565-2020 if the situation is urgent and must be investigated within 24 hours.

Call 911 for emergencies or life-threatening situations that must be dealth with immediately.

Reports submitted online, through this form, on Friday afternoons, weekends or holidays may not be processed by Adult Protective Services until the follow business day.
